Once you scheduled a call to set up an appointment consultation we will discuss both the subconscious and conscious mind, and how mindset effects our emotions, & how emotions effect how we act and react.

We will also review what your concerns and needs are and how we can meet those need. We will schedule what sessions or pkgs you feel will best help you reach your goal of emotional and physical health.
During our session I will guide you through deep breathing for relaxation. In that relaxed and calm state, I will guide you through meditation and or visualization and other techniques so you will be able to resolve your emotional blocks & struggles. We will do this by releasing and healing emotions that no longer serve you and helps you to better control your mindset.
